General characteristics

To limit immune system responses, Alleva Care Allergocontrol uses hydrolyzed herring with low molecular weight (70% below 2,000 daltons, maximum 6,000 daltons) as the only source of protein, and potato starch that has been thoroughly purified from the protein component is used as carbohydrates. The high concentration of essential fatty acids (linoleic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)) from herring oil and sunflower oil supports healthy skin and reduces inflammation. Purified aloe vera helps to strengthen the overall resistance of the body, stimulates skin regeneration and epithelial trophism.

Suggested use

It is recommended that you consult your veterinarian before and to extend the period of use. The food is ready to eat. The recommended daily feeding rate is indicated in the table and is indicative. In case of dermatosis and hair loss, use initially up to 2 months. In case of intolerance or allergy, the recommended period of use is 3 to 8 weeks. With the complete disappearance of the symptoms of food intolerance, Alleva Care Allergocontrol can be used as a permanent food for one year. The daily rate may vary depending on the breed, temperament, conditions of detention and level of activity. Your cat should always have free access to fresh drinking water.
