Manufacturing Process
The Tenderize Technology is a manufacturing process in which we apply a cold maceration, pre-digestion and dehydration technique, obtaining products of excellent palatability produced only using their own juices.
The food has been cared for and pampered in its manufacturing process to guarantee the final quality of the product, since it uses state-of-the-art manufacturing technology which does not subject the product to high temperatures or use technological aids.
